Sundance Construction has a strong residential building background.  We are comfortable looking at cottage renovations, older home renovations, and additions.   Our firm is comfortable completing work in all areas of Manitoba.  Our primary area is within the Interlake, but we do travel. This can include:

Our work includes new building construction, as shown above, with all finishing including cabinetry, tile works, flooring, and all finishes. This is the standard layout of our subdivision homes.

The above project was also new construction – a loft garage that included foundation, framing, and finishing. We also completed all landscaping the following spring.

Sometimes, our work takes us out onto the beach. The above project was the extension of an existing deck and addition of a removable floating dock for water access.

This project required a lot of TLC – we were restoring one of the oldest existing cabins in Winnipeg Beach. This was a refresh on 14ft ceilings, and interior finishes.
